Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

At this time, we don't offer returns and exchanges, but we understand if you received the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, don't hesitate to contact us at gpishop@groupperspective.com.ph with your order number and photos of faulty/damaged items, and we will gladly replace that for you.

For you to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of receiving it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color/model?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out the item dimensions - we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.

*Please review your order before you finish your checkout to avoid any issues.  

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at gpistore@groupperspective.com.ph within two (2) business days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!
