We understand the anticipation and the excitement, which is why we came out with 7-day shipping to your doorstep. If your order does not reach you by the stipulated time, we will credit you your shipping fee. 
We shall be providing you a tracking number upon dispatch of your item/s to track the progress of your order.
Terms and Conditions
  • The 7-day period will only begin upon confirmation of payment. (You will receive a confirmation email).
  • Working/Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Late delivery must be communicated to our Customer Support Team at gpishop@groupperspective.com.ph within three (3) days of the seven (7) day period.
  • The shipping fee refunded will be in the form of a bank transfer or other Group Perspective, Inc's (GPI) nominated online payment channels.
  • Addresses located in non-metro areas are not entitled to this Guarantee.
  • The Guarantee does not apply after the first attempt of delivery.
  • The Guarantee does not apply when late delivery has resulted from events beyond our control, ie. Force Majeure.
  • The Guarantee does not apply during the Christmas peak period throughout December.
  • The Guarantee does not apply due to delays caused by COVID-19.
